Purchased a nicely done transit from Concept R. Great customer service from Darren. An electrical fault (nothing to do with Concept R) arose which Darren had sorted local to myself under warranty. Can't fault them!!!

I'm getting along with the car just fine. The Mokka was partially serviced when I raised it with the dealership, they booked me in. However, I could not bring the Mokka down due to work. My overall experience with Concept R was good, Daz was really good.

Extremely happy with the whole experience, the service was great, and the dealership and workshop were really tidy. I was looking for a van and had a price range in mind. Concept R happened to have a very clean Transit Custom with the extras I was looking for. I knew Justin from many years ago. I have booked the van back in with them to get a ghost immobiliser and a reversing camera installed. I’ve dealt with Daz on the sales side, and he has been really friendly. I have been getting a lot of compliments and questions regarding the van, where I got it from. I have recommended Concept-R to other people, and my son is looking at a van from them.

They have alot of respect for their customers and was a quick and easy process answered all our questions about the car with honesty

I’ve had an issue with the ignition on the Ford Ranger and Concept R has resolved it within a day! Otherwise, the car has been pretty good, I’m happy to give them top marks!

I originally wanted a truck, but I saw the Ford Transit at Concept-R. I thought In a van you get more practicality it’s been a absolute mint buy. Darren is sound couldn’t ask for a better bloke to be honest. I saw some white stuff on the oil cap, drove it back in and Darren apologised and sorted it instantly so I can’t knock them at all!

So Concept-r have been amazing from start to finish. The last 5 months have been really tough for me and in the middle of it all I had 1 week to find a new car. I found them on the web on Saturday afternoon with a car I thought looked ok. After a quick call with Darren - who I might add was on his way to a family event and apologizing that he couldn't be there - we arranged to go look at the car. The second I saw it I knew I had to test drive it but when? After another quick call by the mechanics to Darren he offered to stop a bit later on Monday so I could do my appointments and travel over from Sheffield. We arrived Darren gave us the keys and off we drove on our test drive. No pressure, no insistence of being in the car with me just a comment when we got back of "you'd drive differently with me in the car and without me you get a proper feel for it". So deposit paid now when to collect before the MOT ran out on my old car and the Easter bank holidays. Darren to the rescue again, he offered to hang back a little bit on Thursday to allow us time to get there and sort the paperwork before they closed for the bank holidays. Throughout it all Darren has been a superstar he's talked me through each and every step even offering to help with any online forms if I didn't get it. He even sorted out the making up and delivery of my new personalized plates. Some dealers I've visited just make you feel uneasy Darren and Concept-r are the exact opposite, I've already recommended them to several friends and acquaintances.

Getting on great with the Ford Ecosport from Concept-R. I’d been looking for one online and saw this one at a good price and they had good reviews so went down to have a look. They are lovely people, Darren who dealt with me on the day is a really nice person, got back in touch when he said he would and even came in on his day off to see me! I’ve already recommended them to family and friends.

It was quite relaxed when buying the BMW from Concept-R, there was no pressure and it was really good actually. My finance broker actually recommended me to Concept R, there were no pictures of the car but that's the sort of car that we wanted so we just wen for it hoping it went well, luckily everything was spot on! Darren throughout was fantastic!
