Jason is a spot on lad. Straight there to help you out when needed. I would’ve given it a 5 if there was a bigger range of SUVS within my budget but apart from that, the cars seemed to be offered for a fair price.

I found them online and it was a car my wife was after, it seemed all right. All worked out well! we paid for delivery which was alright and the communication throughout was good with Motortrust.

The Volkswagen has been driving fine, there was some issues with the car with the alloys but that has been fixed now. There is still a scratch which I do need to get back to them about but other than that it’s been fine. The customer service was good MotorTrust answered anytime I texted or called and chat was excellent four stars.

Chad was the guy that I spoke to down at MotorTrust and he was sound. The car has been in the garage three times since I have bought it, but it has been fixed now. It’s been alright overall. When I got the car the customer service was fine, but when I rang up about the lights, I had to call them back again and follow up. Three stars just because of the issues.

Just fancied an upgrade from my other car so I purchased the Mercedes Benz. I don’t see my self switching it and I thought it was quite relaxed with Motortrust. There was no pressure and Ben who dealt with me got on with me quite well, managed to get the work done there and then.

Citroen c3 I got from Motortrust is going good. We looked around and they seemed to have the best deal, so I went with them. Nathan, I dealt with worked well and the test drive was okay.

I’m quite happy with the BMW I purchased from Motortrust Lancaster. It’s my first automatic and the change is good. The advisement popped out on the internet and the car had the right spec, right color and right price. There were a few issues in the buying stage however there wasn’t nothing that wasn’t sorted out. I did appreciate how clean Motortrust was and how polite the staff were.

At the moment, it’s been alright with Motortrust. I did have a minor issue regarding the engine management light but touch wood, it’s been fine so far. I was looking on Autotrader and found the Jaguar XF which offered a good price point. I have very positive feedback for Connor as he explained everything to me quite well.

Chad was very friendly and helpful. Even up to now, if I don’t understand anything I will just send him a message and he will come back to me. The Evoque I purchased from them has been alright, so far, no problems.
