Wayne was really communicative throughout. I did experience some inconvenience regarding the second key however the Vauxhall astra has been lovely little car and my son loves it.

My partner suggested we come to North West Trade Centre so we popped down to see the car. The staff were fantastic, they couldn’t do enough for us and Chris who sold us the car was brilliant. We wanted a good economical car we could drive away same day and that’s what happened. Easy, quick, effective buying experience.

I had looked on Autotrader and was originally going for different car but it was having a replacement engine then i saw this one so I went for it. The car was in a different showroom and they moved it to a closer branch for me so I could go and pick it up. The staff were really good, patient. Their communication was good. I needed to make sure the car was in a good condition so they put all new tyres on for me which was nice of them. Good friendly customer service from the get go, nothing was a problem.

I saw the car online and went down to have a look what they got. It could have done with a replacement rear wiper and after buying the car it needed an injector but they got it sorted. I would recommend them as Chris got everything sorted quite quick.

My mechanic told me to look for a Ford and I saw the Fiesta on Google. My experience was good at North West Trust Centre. Communication was good. Wayne is really good. he was smiley and I had some ups and downs with the finance company but he kept in touch with me and updated every step of the way. I have already recommend them to a friend.

I was looking for automatic and saw the car online. Staff were excellent, helpful. They went through the benefits of getting the car on finance. Couple of things I picked up on the test drive got sorted for me. The process was quicker than I thought, sorted in minutes. Car had to be valeted so went back week later and it was a great feeling on collection. Unstressful process.

Car has been alright. When I first got it, the warning light came on but I’ve sorted that myself. I went on the dealer's website as i've been before. but the staff are lovely. Adam was great and reassuring. He was a great help with me trading a car in. It was a few days to process the collection and the communication was abit hit and miss over emails but overall a good experience.

I found it a good process. They were efficient, informative on the warranty. Sale staff were perfect. It took a week to collect and the car was perfect when I went to pick it up. Noticed a few things when we saw the car initially but they got them sorted ready for us so I would use them again.

I’m getting on fine with the car, no problems that I’m aware of. I like the Freelanders and I can't stand potholes and bumps. I had searched various ones online and seen it. I checked the history and came down to see it. Sales man was great, wasn’t pushy. It was a week to collection and the car was clean enough for me.

I was deciding between Volkswagen, SKODA or DACIA but settled on a Polo from this dealership as it was in my price range. Communication was a highlight. I organised when I could come to see the car and have a test drive. I was assured that I could bring it back if there was an issue within one month but everything is really good, so happy. We have to change some light bulbs, just one of those things. No pushy salesman, very honest, answered all my questions. They were down to earth and it felt a genuine sale.
