Jessica was brilliant, she went through everything with me and took me for a test drive, so that was good. The Mercedes CLS has been brilliant as well.

A refreshing change to the buying a car experience. Very knowledgeable staff, courteous, un pressured and informed at each step of buying a car.
Kelton was exceptional.
Only one negative, if you have an appointment there's no booking in system so witnessed someone without an appointment being served first delaying mine.

Jessica was really nice and spoke everything through clearly with me and my cousin, which made the whole process easy and helped with the decision. My new Golf felt like an obvious upgrade from my previous car, and it’s been easy to get settled into as it’s quite similar in size. I’d definitely recommend it to others, as I can't think of anything major, maybe some negotiation on the price.

I’m enjoying the upgrade from my previous one, especially the extra performance. At V12 it was mostly good, The only issue has been with a tracking system that was sold to me, which wasn’t clearly explained. It was made to sound like a one off cost, but it turned out to involve an ongoing subscription. I've discussed it with them and am waiting for a refund which has been agreed upon. Max, the salesman, was also good.
