Overall, I am satisfied with the process. there maybe some delays like the logbook processing but I understand.

Amazing. Paul, the salesman, was really helpful. Couldn’t ask for anything more. I was looking at lower maintenance costs in the future & found the Ford Focus on Autotrader. I read some really positive solid reviews online. The whole process was made very simple, very easy going from looking at the car to going through the finance to actually getting the car it was all seamless, stress free. Really enjoyable.

The spec that I wanted was the one that we got which was good. I had to buy the car on faith really because I live so far away, I had to have it delivered. The guy that drove it up showed good communication and even provided me with photographs of the Evoque. It all worked out perfectly in the end.

The Jeep is really nice and I’m happy. It was quite a rushed process to get the deal done and when I got it home I noticed the passenger rear door is a different black to the rest of the car but nothing to worry about. We needed something bigger and it worked out well. This car seems to be quite rare. We road tested a few and this one had the mileage and spec we wanted. The sales guy sorted out bit of finance. He was quite helpful, I can't fault him. I’ll use them again.

I bought from LMC as they were the only dealership that had the car I wanted at the right price. I came across them online and they were persistent in calling me back. When I purchased the car there was a gap in the service history but they provided me with a certificate to show that it had been done. I would have given a higher rating if the service history was up to date and the certificate didn’t have spelling mistakes. However. they were willing to negotiate on the price which was good and took my car in as a trade in. The sale guys was nice.

The Q4 is all good, I’m enjoying it. I had an A5 previously and wanted to try electric. It was a decent price, the car is lovely. It suits my needs as I charge at home and at work. I saw the car on Autotrader and I don’t live far so it was easy for me to go there and have a look. Better explanation of their financial options would have made it a five star. However, process was quick, easy buy. Good team.

Purchased from LMC before and had no problems with them so I thought id go again. Mohammads service there was trustworthy, really helpful and professional.

They were all very helpful at LMC cars and had no issues on the day I came to buy the car. It was smooth and easy. I also thought MG was the best offer in terms of mileage and price.
