Really good service from the moment I phoned up to the moment I drove away. So far my new car is perfect and excellent. When I came to collect it, the wheel needed replacing due to a pothole, and they did it there and then. I would 100% go back and have already directed some friends in their direction.

The car's driving well and I've had no issues or problems with it. Frasers service was fine apart from feeling a bit rushed towards the end as it was getting late, but other than that all's good.

The overall sales process was excellent and Fraser was very upfront in pointing out any defects with the vehicle. There were a few scuffs and scratches he assured us would be sorted before collection, so we were a bit disappointed to find they hadn’t been addressed when we arrived. That said, the dealership's since put things right. It likely would have been a five star review if it hadn’t involved the extra back and forth.

Jess was great and at the car's all good. No complaints.

The car’s been great so far with no issues at all. We’re now looking for a second car and would definitely consider going back to Prestige Cars Kent. Joe was brilliant—really helpful and on the ball. Plus, the fact they accept crypto is a big bonus for us.

The sales excec, Alex was really helpful and helped negotiate a good deal with the part ex. The Sales Support, Daisy also helped with arranging all the necessary paperwork following completion of the purchase.

Although things took a little longer than I'd have liked,, the service provided by Fraser and the other guys at the dealership was good on the whole.

The team at prestige cars Kent were a delight to buy my new vehicle from. No point did I feel like I was being hard sold, more my curiosity to change vehicle became a discussion that I enjoyed with the sales team & I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them
