After seeing a beautiful BMW 320d Touring Shadow Edition in metallic blue in Autotrader, I called Chrome Motors to arrange a test drive a week later after leaving a small refundable deposit. I had to drive 170 miles from Newcastle so it was very pleasing to see the car was exactly as described in the advert. It was in excellent condition for the year and mileage with no surprises and after the test drive I agreed to purchase and collect the car a week later. From start to finish, the experience with Chrome was very relaxed and honest and I would have no hesitation in recommending Chrome Motors to other customers, and would be very happy to purchase a car from them again in the future.

Chrome Motors is a family run business in Macclesfield, conveniently situated just 5 mins from the train station. They offer a real personal service and have a varied stock of carefully chosen quality cars, all at very competitive prices. The car we chose was nicely prepared, with a full history, and came with a six month warranty (which we opted to extend to 12 months for a small extra payment). All round excellent customer service from Natalie and the Chrome team. I would definitely 100% recommend them.

Happy to give 5 stars all day long and if I ever needed another car I'd speak to Danny straight away. The Mr's adores it and if she's happy, then I'm happy.

I wouldn't change anything about my first time visit to Chrome Motors. The service I received from start to finish was spot on and since I've drove away in the Audi, it's been perfect.

I’m really enjoying my BMW, it’s a lovely little car and even with it being my first hybrid. That said, in cold weather, the battery doesn’t quite cover the range, but it’s something I will get used to. I’m quite happy to buy from them again in the future. Definitely a 5 out of 5.

Everything with my new car has been going okay. On the day of collection, the car was clean inside and out, it was a great service overall.

The main reason for getting a car from Chrome Motors is because I know Danny from a previous car purchase years ago. The Mercedes purchased was for my wife, but it was myself that enquired about it and took it on a test drive. Danny is always great to deal with and my wife loves her car.

I’m enjoying my Citroën very much. it’s a smashing little car and a bit different for me, as I’ve always had German cars in the past. There is a slight rattle inside the engine, but it’s nothing major, and I’m still very happy with it overall. The customer service was absolutely superb. I had a lovely time at the dealership, and they even treated me to a great cup of coffee.

I couldn't rate the service high enough! Danny was brilliant to deal with and I come away with a great car. The wife uses it the most, but it's had a good run out up to Wales recently and it's been great.
