I thought that my experience down at Ponko has been seamlessly brilliant, my Jaguar XE is a smashing car that has served me well since the purchase, not one issue has cropped up.... HAPPY DAYS! The staff member Haydn is a credit to Ponko, he was patient, answered every question I had, give us more than enough time to take a look at the car and truly listened to what we wanted and what would suit us best. Great experience. 5 stars all day long.

Very promising so far, buying experience very good. I've bought a lot of vehicles in 55+ years ~1,000,000 miles of motoring. At this point in time I don't recall a better buying experience (apart from the 3 hour drive down the A1 / A14). Vehicle seems just what I was looking for / what it was presented as. Car was delivered 150 miles to our door in showroom condition. Very slick operation, all staff very professional, but still early days yet ;-)

It's been all smooth sailing with the Ford KA! Everything's working perfectly, and I'm pleased as punch. They explained everything nice and clear, no worries there. They're patient and on point, making sure you're totally on board. 100% on the mark...absolutely, definitively a 5-star experience! Totally happy with it.

There was a great distance between me and Ponko, where I bought my Jag XF, but this did not take anything away from the quality of my experience. The car is fantastic, even thought I took a risk and bought the car online everything went shockly smooth, the delivery guys were fantastic, on time and just how we planned. I say we go for the 5 stars as the experience was so highly positive, it couldn't be anything else.

The Mazda 2 has had no problems. Its amazing and a good car. Kind people sold me the car at the dealership. Very nice.

Absolutely pleased with everything! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always polite...especially Haydn, who was impressively professional throughout. The car itself? Impeccably clean, tidy, and beautifully presented. I took a bit of a risk, but it paid off big time. Buying a car from a distance is always a little nerving. They sent an excellent video, showing me the car in great detail, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The delivery was smooth sailing, everything on time as agreed and the car arrived just how it should have! Fantastic communication, kept me in the loop at every turn, and their responsiveness was top-notch. A solid 5 without a doubt!

The new Nissan Juke is LOVELY! I am very much enjoying driving it, and I am getting used to the car nicely. I must say the customer service was very nice, even though the dealership is pretty male dominated it wasn't daunting in the slightest and I felt so comfortable all of the way though, which I've never had before when buying a car. I was well looked after and treated with respect from James. Nothing but 5 stars, of course. Thank you James and team!

Car's running smooth, no complaints from me at all. Happy camper here—sweet ride, enjoying every drive I make. The customer service was spot on—professional, welcoming, and friendly. Met three guys, all top-notch. Office hours ended at 6, but one of them stayed late to sort me out, thought that was mega. Big shoutout to the owner too, proper legend.

So far so good! We love out little VW Beetle, very very very made up with our choice. We love taking it out on the road. James is an asset to the team, he's a good lad and did a great job of taking care of us. He well and truly met out expectations! Lets go for 5 stars... there's nothing more they could have done!

Absolutely thrilled with my new car from Ponko! The car in top shape, I'm really impressed. What stands out the most is its similarity to my previous car, minus the engine issues. This one's a solid, reliable ride with an impeccable service history. The customer service was helpful, friendly, and Sam, who assisted us initially, was fantastic. Even though we were handed over to the new guy who started in November, the transition was seamless, and he continued the exceptional service all the way through. Nothing but top marks, I have already recommend Ponko and will gladly shop with them again in the near future.
