I had been let down a couple of times by previous dealerships the day I was looking for a car and went to these guys last minute and found exactly what I wants plus the service was excellent, They were helpful and quick at helping me sort everything out and I love my new Audi A3. Really glad I went here in the end.

Excellent customer service provided by Essex Prestige, I bought a BMW M2 and the chap who did the sale was just incredible, I instantly felt comfortable and confident when speaking to him. I had lots of questions and they were really helpful talking through everything and answered everything I asked. I would use them again and recommend the 5 star service to anyone.

Recently bought a new Mercedes from Essex Prestige and love it I've even had the roof down a fair bit thanks to the hot weather. I dealt with Reiss who was really friendly and overall I thought the service was excellent. The most straight forward transaction I have ever had when buying a new car it was so hassle free I couldn’t believe it, everyone was so lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again next time I am in the market for a new car but for now I love my new Volvo XC90.
