Communication from start to finish was excellent from these guys .
Unfortunately my car developed a fault after a few weeks. I contacted them, as they told me "any problems "?, let us sort it if it happens. Of which they did, dropped off and all sorted within 48hrs. Very impressed and happy. Would highly recommend for peace of mind purchase.

A very well organised business, everything ran like clockwork, there was no waiting around. All paperwork and documents were ready and the car looked pristine when I went to collect. The dealer was very easy to deal with, they were friendly and welcoming. I will 100% be back when I want to upgrade. I love the Merc I've bought, it's so comfortable and nice to drive, its lovely. The salesman I dealt with was a top bloke, lots of information, advice and help - Thank you.

I can not fault Essex Prestige in the slightest, they have done absolutely everything possible to help me. I bought a car and had a few teething problems with it, they have resolved what they could, and booked me in a garage local to me to have the rest of the work done. They have been great with communication, actioned everything I asked, the customer service has been outstanding I definitely recommend.

I absolutely love my new Mercedes! I have had Mercedes in the past and loved them, but I'm blown away with this one, its a really lovely car and in top condition. The chaps at Essex Prestige went above and beyond for me. They got a few dents and scratches sorted, did a few bits to the wheels and also changed the plates over, just the added extra's that go a long way. Reece handled my sale and he was spot on - Thank you!

When I first enquired about the Porsche Cayman there was a few things that needed doing, I asked how quickly this could be done as I was very interested in the car and wanted it asap. They put the car in the following day for all work to be carried out and contacted me to let me know. I was impressed with how quickly they sorted. It was pretty faultless from start to finish, I would be happy to buy from them again in the future. I'm not putting as many miles as Id I like to on the Porsche, but enjoying what I can of it.

Absolutely chuffed to bits with my new car from here.... Its the first time I've bought a car from Essex Prestige, but it won't be the last- they were absolutely amazing! The whole buying experience was enjoyable, it was easy and quick and the guys did everything they could to get me in the car as soon as possible. I bought a Mercedes-Benz C250 and its absolutely brilliant, I'm using the car daily and so far, nothing but perfect - can't complain at all. Highly recommend visiting Essex Prestige if you're after a new motor with tip top customer service!

I used Essex Prestige to buy my new Mercedes E220, it was a really nice and easy experience, it was very laid back and no pressure at all everybody was helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I'm working from home currently so not really getting out as much as I'd like, but it looks amazing on the drive! Its a lovely car, and I'm over the moon with it - Thanks Essex Prestige
