I bought a Honda civic last Thursday from these guys. As is often the case there are a few niggles with small issues. However, the actions of Charles and Phil have been exceptional. Resolved the issues and hold my confidence. I haven’t seen better customer service and support! I can recommend!

I would rate it a 5, because the staff are friendly the car is great and the member of staff that dealt with me explained everything and made things easy it was a great experience all round

Wonderful experience and highly recommend

My experience was worth a 5. I am pleased with the car and the service from the dealer. My contact Phillip Atherton was very efficient and responsive.

We had to send the car back just two days after purchase due to a fault with the AdBlue system. To be fair, they did a quick turnaround and got it sorted, but the communication could have been better. I had to do most of the chasing, and the car was delivered back without clear information on when it had been dropped off. That said, the car itself is great now, and we’re happy with it running properly.

So far, everything seems to be going well with the car. It’s my first time buying from here, and the whole process was very straightforward with no pressure at all. Nothing has gone wrong, so I’m happy to give 5 stars.

I'd recommend anyone to Warwick Hall Cars they were perfect to deal with. 10 out of 10 because my Mercedes-Benz A-Class has been great with no issues as of yet (touch wood). I can't fault them.

I never give anyone top marks regardless, so I'm happy to give 4 stars. It all went fine on the day, we got the deal done at the right price and so far the car has been fine with no issues.

Everything has been perfect so far and I've not had a single problem. I’ve only had the car for two weeks, but it’s been great for the time I have had it. I live in Leeds and drove it back the same day (about an hour), and it’s been running great ever since. The service was excellent, I thought it was really easy and straightforward. Everyone was friendly, I barely had to do anything. I even recommended a friend, and she was also really impressed with how good the service was.
