I’d say it was a quite positive outcome with Cartime, it went quite well. I am still waiting for the manual book but on the day when it came to purchase the vehicle, I was happy.

The customer service I was very happy with everything went smoothly, anything I didn’t understand was explained to me, I chose Cartime because of the price and of course it was within the distance I could travel to me the purchase. It was the fact that they helped me sit in the car and get a good feel of it before I took it out for a test drive. And the hospitality with the sitting area with the small kitchen for tea and coffee was very nice 😊

Staff were alright. Bradley was sound, had a nice friendly attitude. I would return but gave four stars as id like tea instead of coffee. Everything else was sound.

It was good and easy with Cartime, I just drive past it everyday on my way to work so that’s why I chose it. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and just really friendly. The Nissan is fine I am bringing it in tomorrow because of rust on the wheel and Cartime will sort it out for me. It was easy enough for me to book it in. Five stars.

Asam was amazing to deal with even though rushed off his feet with customer after customer hahaha. He was good with me, explained everything to me and gave me the options. I told him about a couple of things missing on the car like a lock cover and the rear parcel shelf and he sorted them both out for me. The only thing I can even slightly complain about was the coffee hahaha! The highlight really was everybody was friendly, the people I met, and things were done quickly.

I purchased a MINI Clubman from CarTime, and overall the car itself has been excellent. It runs beautifully, starts every time, and I’ve had no issues with it. It’s been more than perfect, and I’m very pleased with the vehicle. The buying process was harder work than I expected. I found it difficult to get hold of people at times when I had questions, and there were occasions when I was told I’d receive a call back but didn’t. When the car was delivered, there was a stone chip in the windscreen. The team apologised and offered to pay for a replacement windscreen if needed. In the end, I had it checked locally and was advised that a repair was sufficient, so I didn’t pursue it further. Despite the communication issues, I was pleased that the car was exactly as described.

I've been looking for the Volvo for months now, and the one advertised at Cartime had everything that I was looking for, the 7 seats for the grandkids, the tow bar, etc. Whilst I was at Cartime, it was really good, no complaints and no issues.

Everything’s been fine with the Hyundai, I’m enjoying it. No problems at all so far. CarTime was fine really, with no issues. The person I dealt with, I think it was Mitchell, was fine as well.

The Mustang Mach E is all good. I went with Cartime as they had the right car for me at the right price as well as having good reviews. The only the only kind of downside I had is that I tried to get a hold of Mohammed after the sale to talk about one or two little queries I had, and I couldn't get a hold of him. Other than that Mohammad was great during the sales process. My old diesel car needed replacing and I was curious about making the leap into the land of the EVs, with the current fuel price situation I got the timing just about right.
