Joe was the one that helped us he was really great. I'm enjoying the car very much and I'd absolutely go back when I need another one in the future!

Phil was quite good, he left us alone and let us have a ride in the car to try it out. We have been on holiday in the car and it's great! I'd say the experience was really good and I can't think of a way it could have been improved either!

I viewed a toyota yaris, and Charles handed me the key's over for a test drive. The car was a good buy, Charles smoothly explained the process of take over. And car was delivered next day on my doorstep. Thank you.

I bought a Honda civic last Thursday from these guys. As is often the case there are a few niggles with small issues. However, the actions of Charles and Phil have been exceptional. Resolved the issues and hold my confidence. I haven’t seen better customer service and support! I can recommend!

We travelled 6 hours to get there and we dealt with a gent called Charles - we had a chat, he offered me a couple of drinks and he was very welcoming, we were really happy. The car was ready to go, the deal was done and we drove away. I'd give them 5 stars top marks.

The customer service staff were really good - I reserved the car online and they were straight in touch with me. I was really pleased with all the dealings with them to be honest.

I've realised that the car isn't suitable for the business I want to use it for and they don't seem to have any others available currently. The staff were fantastic though, they attended to me properly.

There was some small problems at the beginning with the car but Joe and Charles sorted the issues out they were brilliant, the communication was great. I would go back there again.

They were very nice, very helpful. I've done quite a few miles in the car so far and I'm really enjoying it, no real issues . The staff were really nice - I didn't really know what car to buy, and they ended up giving us loads of advice about choosing one and we managed to have a good test drive too.
