I unfortunately have a issue with the car, but it is under warranty and my dad is looking at this for me. But other than that its great. Shah the salesman was brilliant, really nice with me what stood out to me most was the communication throughout and the information he was able to provide me. I would consider buying from them again in the future.

A engine light has come on but I'm not concerned as I have a 15 month warranty, but everyone at BVG have been really helpful, kind and patient. They offered a good customer service so I was very pleased. The Audi A4 I have purchased from BVG has been alright. There has been an engine management light come on after I brought the car which I need to get in touch with the warranty company to resolve. The customer service was alright too.

I was looking for a specific car type and BVG had the one which was closest to me, I did find when we were down at the dealership buying the vehicle there was allot of waiting around for test drives or to finalise things which was deflating as we did have to chase them up. I felt they could been a bit more upfront about the condition of the car which when we questioned they did apologise and informed they would have a chat with the person.
