My experience with Cartime was fine. Car was ready. There is one noise which I want to investigate direct but I would recommend them.

The Mercedes EQA is a beautiful car. I have saved an arm and a leg with the electricity, I should have done it sooner. Michael at car time was a 10 out of 10.

I found the Tesla Model Y online, it is my first electric car, and it has been good and so was the experience buying the Tesla at Cartime Bury.

Went to the dealership with my brother, it was an enjoyable experience, and it was quick and easy. He has been getting on well with the car.

The purchase was brilliant, It was so easy, the communication was great. We had travelled a distance to get the car and Cartime informed us of an issue before we got there. We had to get it fixed locally afterwards but they covered the cost. There was a lovely little waiting room with a TV and coffee and stuff. It was busy but the staff checked on us. After sales has been brilliant aswell in getting the issue sorted. I'd have no problem driving from South Wales to Cartime to buy another car.

Very easy transaction, from start to finish. Extremely helpful, had 3 children with me, and (pip) our salesman was very good with them. Would highly recommend this company.

5+ experience! The Audi A3 is so nippy and smart. The service we received from the staff was very helpful; they went out of their way to come with the post office with us to get the road tax sorted. They really helped us a lot.
