Everyone was lovely at Cartime, they were really good. I have already recommended them to other people based on my experience with them. I rate it a 4 because I don't believe anything is ever perfect.

I dealt with Abeed at the dealership and he was really friendly and communicative throughout my car buying experience. There was just a slight delay with the cars shipping which I felt was slight miscommunication. But what really stood out to me was the service, I felt like I was kept very up to date.

Generally the car has been fine and I am quite happy with Cartime. There was just a few issues which I felt should have been picked up on the service and I felt Cartime could have been a little more responsive in getting these sorted. I dealt with Moncef and he was great throughout the sales process.

The service at Cartime was good, they made sure the car had full service and MOT before I got the car and they ensured it was all in good condition. I chose Cartime as I had heard they were quite reliable and the car is all alright.

The Seat Arona I purchased from Cartime is a really nice car. I am just still waiting for some money back from the fuel as the car did not come with any. I dealt with a really nice lad there but can't quite remember his name.

Moncef was very chatty and helpful throughout my experience. The car did have a bit of damage when I brought it which Cartime got sorted for me but I do think the communication could have been better. I chose Cartime because they were local to me and I am happy with my car.
