I’ve pretty much dealt with everyone at Herts and Essex due to holidays and what not. It would be great if the staff were a bit more knowledgeable about the specific cars at the dealership, but the whole experience was quite positive and the staff were friendly. I picked a very niche car, a modified BMW 135i and they happened to have one.

I’m getting on great with the 1 series, not had any problems with it. The Herts and Essex dealership was perfect, they were very kind, friendly and helpful. Mason took care of me during the whole process. There were a few cosmetic blemishes on the car but nothing major. The main highly for me was when they brought my new 1 series to me.

I've recently started my own company, And I needed a new van. Herts and Essex were really polite and welcoming a really nice experience actually getting the van itself. I’m having a problem with the breaks squeaking but I think I will sort that out myself as it’s a full day to go to get it fixed. I’ve had some problems with the battery which has been sorted now, they were lovely when I mentioned the problem with the battery and were quick to get it fixed as well as giving me a supply car whilst it was waiting for it to be fixed.

it’s actually my first car as I passed my test the week before, everything is all good no issues at all. I chose Herts and Essex because the condition and pricing of the Fiesta was overall good. The customer service was really good too. I’d give it five stars!

The Seat is brilliant its all gone absolutely fine, to be fair It’s my first time buying from a dealership, so I never really experienced it before. Herts and Essex had the car I wanted at the right price. It felt pretty straight forward, really friendly and nice guys and they answered all my questions!

I went online to car gurus, and I told them what I wanted, and they found a selection of cars for me. I did hear about Herts and Essex Motors before, I went up to have a look, and the guys were brilliant and advised me what to go for. I’m loving the Range Rover. They seemed to know what they were talking about, the knowledge these guys had they knew the background and checked it all as well. I’d give it a five defiantly I’ve actually recommended them to a couple people!

The whole experience was ok. There is a small knocking on front wheel however I’ve spoken to the warranty company and I’ll be getting diagnose with a local garage. The guy at the dealership as quite helpful, the dealership experience was good, everything was good to be honest.

Connor was nice, me and him had a nice conversation where he explained everything to me before I travelled down from Glasgow to London. The process was smooth so I have no complaints, there was only a small bit of a delay on the day between the dealership and finance company where I had to wait a couple of hours at the dealership for confirmation. I found the BMW 3 series on Autotrader and it looked great, the car was in a nice condition.
