I would urge you to never buy from top gear Stoke, I bought a car in December , straight off the bar I knew something wasn’t right, I tried numerous times over a few months and could never get who I needed to speak to, when I did finally get someone he claimed I hadn’t been trying to call and had no messages or calls from myself, I then told him the issues I had , which was electrical systems failures , constantly self defaulting tyres, and dash board lights illuminating then turning off. His reply was why are you phoning me about a flat tyre when in actual fact the alloy itself was so badly corroded inside it wasnt able to keep the air inside and causing gaps, this was the same for all 4 tyres. Regardless he refused to do anything about it as I had, had the car 4 months, let’s just say I had been trying to get in contact for ages before this but funnily enough never anyone there that’s able to take the call!!! Anyway finally gave up after arguing , emails which il admit I was angry so he got his cheek right back from me, then I had to get my finance team involved , my car was still under warranty and still well within the consumers rights act 2015 so they asked me to get a diagnostics done by a VAT REGISTERED garage which I did and have the evidence the car wasn’t road worthy, and legally they were responsible for collecting the car and for the repairs which was totalling round about £4000 including labour, they refused to collect the car so the finance team had it collected and dropped off to them, then 2 weeks went by with numerous calls to the dealership from my finance team to be met with best person to speak with isn’t here, to then getting too we are not fixing the car, so the car has now due to be collected by the finance team and rejected on my behalf! I’m one of the lucky ones who managed to escape the scams this garage sell and be given a release from the agreement due to the car been so ridiculously unroadworthy!!! Some have not been so lucky, so I suggest if your planning on buying from this dealership, think again.

I never do reviews but just like this place so much and the staff where so polite and helpful.bought a Mazda 6 yesterday cars great couldn't be happier definitely know where I'm going for my next car well done such a pleasure to do businesses with you

I brought citroen berlingo multispace on the 15th May 2022. The first time I drove it 2 miles the engine fault light came on it was aserious fault. I telephoned and emailed but couldn't get any reply . I was without a car for over 2 weeks so had to get it repaired at cost to myself as there is a 3 month warranty I didn't expect to pay myself I found other faults cracked windscreen and windscreen scuttle is missing. I am very disappointed no after sales nobody will reply to my emails.

Bought Galaxy and had it delivered 2 weeks ago what a mistake
Car has been in repair workshop for over a week with a massive oil leak between gearbox and engine going to cost a fortune to repair
You just cannot get in touch with this dealership - email addresses dont work and neither does the contact form
My personal advice is steer clear and go elsewhere

I’d been looking for a car for a while and came across there advert for a Toyota avensis so I rang and they described it over the phone for me as I was a 2 hour drive away from there the car was exactly as described when I got there they handed me the keys and left me to look round the car with no hassle or fuss I had to find Jaffer to take me on a test drive there was no pressure on the test drive and I had a long test drive and then I was left to think about it and look round again I had to find him again to buy the car it makes a change to deal with a decent honest garage and they can’t do enough for you you can see why there highly rated and nice people to deal with you won’t be disappointed the car is amazing many thanks

Asked to view a car, told it would be available to view from the next day at 1:30pm.
Car wasn’t even within an hours drive of the dealership when we arrived, albeit late at 2:15pm. No one helped or spoke to us, definitely don’t agree with reviews on here their customer service is diabolical.

Here is what actually happened - You called to view a car. I myself told you the car is in Wolverhampton but I can get a driver to run it to Stoke straight away if you are definitely going to come to which you said yes. You us a time and the car arrived 30 mins before the time you told us so I thought ill send it for MOT as they had a slot open because the MOT was very short. When you arrived my colleague came out to you, told you straight away we have sent it for an MOT because it was really low and it will be 10-15 mins from completion if you don't mind waiting. Thats it, to that you had such a stroppy attitude and walked off like royalty. We paid a driver to bring it back on an urgent basis because you were coming, we got an MOT done on it because you were coming to see it and for the sake of 10-15 minutes this was the attitude we got and on top of that this lovely review which is far from the truth. I always put myself in the customers shoes and think to myself, is this how I would have reacted if I was told the car is at MOT and will be back in 10-15 mins. Never, because its only a good thing that was being done to it.

The ‘business owner’ is a total liar. Not once were we informed of anything to do with an MOT, instead we were told ‘yeah it isn’t here yet’ and then we were explicitly told by your staff that the car was still on its way from Wolverhampton. Good excuse you’ve made up, only took you a month or two to come up with it.
