I had a Toyota previously, and they are known for being reliable and easy to maintain, so I got the Toyota Corolla from V12 Sports and Classics. The only thing I wasn’t happy about, when I thought about it later, was the finance. I had my own finance arranged at a lower rate, but I ended up going with their finance instead, which was higher. Because of that, I’d give it a four. Other than the finance side, everything else with the car and the dealership was okay.

I’m very happy with my Tesla so far. My experience buying the car was good, everyone I spoke to was helpful. I'd probably use them again.

I went with the Citroën C5 X mainly because it’s a plug-in hybrid, and it’s comfortable and nice to drive. Initially there were quite a few bits that needed doing when I got it, but the dealership sorted that for me, so no problem. They were able to take my part exchange and offer some deals on the warranty as well. The salesperson I dealt with, I think it was Kye, was good.

I thought the experience whilst purchasing the MG was fair. I'm not a big car person, I just needed a car. that the service light came on after about ten days, which meant I had to go through a bit of effort to get the car up to standard, but that has now been sorted. I’d say it’s more of a mid range experience

I just fancied a bit of a change from my previous car, which was a Focus ST. I purchased a Ford Puma. We did have to wait around a bit, but it was busy, so it was understandable. The salesman was good as well, no issues there. I’d give it about a four and a half overall. For me, it’s just got to be exceptional to get a five.

I’ve been getting on great with my BMW X2, no issues at all. I’d actually used V12 Sports and Classics before, as I bought my daughter’s car from them previously, so I was already familiar with them. My experience at the dealership has been good each time. The staff are amazing and really helpful I’d give it 5 out of 5

The experience at the dealership was good, and the person I dealt with was really good as well. They made us feel comfortable, which I appreciated. I was originally looking for a bigger car, but I just liked this one when I saw it. I’d probably give it a 4 overall. There wasn’t anything wrong as such I just think there is always room for improvement.

Leo at V12 Sports and Classics, who I dealt with, was a really nice lad and absolutely lovely to deal with. He was really helpful throughout. He needs a pay rise. I’m loving the Mazda CX-60 It’s the only hybrid I could find that was big enough in the back seats, so it’s exactly what I needed.

I’m happy with the car. There was an issue on the first day where it wouldn’t start, but since then it’s been fine. I chose the car mainly because of the low mileage and from what I’d read about them being efficient. The experience at the dealership was okay, although it was a very long process. I did feel a bit pushed at times, especially when it came to finance and extras. Aside from that, everything else was okay and I’m happy with the car itself. I’d rate the experience 3 stars overall.

We bought a smart car from V12 Sports and Classics back in February. The car has been sound, and the wife is enjoying it. In regard to the experience, I would have hoped for a bit more of a negotiation and for the salesman to be a bit more friendly, but other than that, it was all good.
