The whole sales process and everything was absolutely fine. We had a couple of issues after we bought the boxer, and it was a bit tricky to get it sorted. So we just ended up sorting it ourselves because it's a work vehicle so we couldn't really be without it. Rodney was great, he was really helpful and friendly. We originally found the Boxer on the AA website, it just fitted everything that we were looking for so we ended up going with it.

I purchased the Transit online, I had no issues with the process. When collecting the van in person the service was great. The Transit is doing fine, the lads who are using the van are not having any issues.

I’m getting alright with the van. The only thing that I can even slightly complain about would be communication after the sale while sorting out the space keys and another few bits, it was slightly harder to get in touch with anyone compared to buying the vehicle. There wasn’t any rudeness or anything like that, I can’t complain too much as they ended up sorting everything. I mean, I would definitely recommend going to them boys up at Southampton Airport who I dealt with, and would recommend Vansco to go to as a whole.

Vansco were local to me and had range of vans I was looking for. The Transit I got is doing ok, it’s got a couple issues with it but its all booked into get looked at. I’ve had to chase people at the dealership multiple times to get things sorted. I’ve dealt with Josh mostly and Rodney the sales manager, they were helpful.

I have multiple vans from Vansco, they're brilliant, I’ve probably brought 60 vans over the last 25 years. The guys are good guys, I’ve never had a problem with them.

The Ford Transit is lovely, the overall experience at the Vansco dealership was very good.

I’m based in Torquay and Vansco sorted out a free delivery for me all the way from South Hampton which was very nice of them as it is a bit of a drive. When I got the van I had to replace the plywood in the back of the van due to a leak. From the looks of it the old owner had a roof rack on the van and when it was removed the holes weren’t plugged. I’ve sorted that now with some new plywood and I bolted up the holes to stop the leak. I’ve taken pictures of everything, but I have not chased up the dealership about it. The van is alright now, not having any noteworthy issues with it.

The Movano is great overall, its got a issue that pops up and disappears randomly. I think it’s related to an issue that Vansco has fixed prior to me buying the van. I will have to pop by the dealership soon to have them have a look over it. Other than that, the people at the dealership were very good, very helpful and very friendly. I dealt with Rodney he was also very good and very helpful.

The Renault Master has been very good, I found it on auto trader and that’s how I ended up going to Vansco. The only thing stopping this review being 5 stars would be me still chasing to get my V5 logbook for the van. Other than that the experience at the dealership was fine, Rodney was good while looking at the vans and during the buying process.
