This is the second time I have bought a car from Ponko, and just like the last time, the customer service was brilliant. I always recommend Ponko to others when someone is looking to buy a car.

Giving Ponko a 4 out of 5 stars, we are really pleased with the car itself, there was initially some miscommunication about when the car would be ready, however this was rectified and we were happy with the outcome in the end, the car is also missing car mats which we didn't notice until we were home. However overall the service has been good and we are happy with the vehicle.

Really good service, everything went smoothly, Hayden was helpful and efficient. Couldn't have asked for anything different just a really easy process. I will definitely consider going back in a few years when I am ready for another car. Can't fault Ponko.

Kye was the representative who showed us around the Ford Kuga and took us for a test drive. During the test drive, we noticed a slight issue with the brakes, which became more apparent when driving it home. Ponko collected the car quickly and resolved the issues, and touch wood, everything has been great ever since. I would give it 4 stars, mainly because of the issue we experienced early on.

We came across Ponko while looking online at a few different models, including the Kia Sportage, which is the one we decided to go for. We have only done a small amount of driving so far, but everything has been good.

Jack was the salesman who helped me with the purchase of the Audi A3. Since then, I have had no problems, and Jack was more than helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely return to Ponko in the future to purchase another car.

The car is for my wife, who has been enjoying it. When we went to the dealership, we were both very happy with the service provided. The Mini was fully valeted and ready to go when we arrived to collect it.
