Pip was a great salesman, there was no pressure. He knew what I wanted, I didn't want to go over a certain budget, and he made sure I didn't. He was super friendly.

Filippo was great, he answered all my questions about the Audi. I am just waiting to be told what has been serviced on the car but apart from that the Audi is running well it was overall a smooth purchase five stars.

Everything at Cartime well it was fine. The customer service from Bradley was fantastic he was very friendly and answered all my questions. Purchase went fine. I had it delivered and It was as it should be, exactly what they said. The delivery guy Morgan was pleasant. It could have done with a better clean but their communication was great. I had a point of contact called Bradley who dealt with him the whole time. He was great and made me feel confident to buy the car. He covered everything I wanted to know.

I'm really happy with the car, the only thing I not sure on the service booklet, I don't have one but MGs might do it electronically. I had a Ford Fiesta which was quite low and found it difficult to get into it, I've had my eyes on those MGs for a while, they're a lot of car for the money. I saw one down at Nelson online which seemed like really good value to be honest, so I went down and negotiated a deal with them. I've heard a couple of people that have bought cars from Cartime who any don’t have complains. It was all extremely simple, very quick and I've got no complaints whatsoever!

Previously I had a Citroën C1, I wanted a bigger car, and I've always wanted a Golf. I'm really noticing the difference, I think Asam really stood out when I was at Car Time. The only thing stopping me from giving it a 5 is we had to wait a while when we went to collect it, but it wasn't a big deal. Happy overall.
