Very impressed with the customer service at Parkside Motors! Polite, professional, and very knowledgeable on all their cars on the forecourt. Their was no hard sale, due to the quality of the cars, they sell themselves. All cars on the forecourt are spotlessly clean, and they even gave the I brought a wash whilst I was in the office buying it! Thanks again to Amin who served me.

The only problem I have is a few things needed to b done ie rear brake cover busted needs replacing ,radio not Working ,hole in drivers seat and brake pads need changing the dealer knows but not rushing him self but nice people I had the radio done at my own cost but still wait for him to come back to me.

I recently purchased a Vuaxhall from Parkside motors, i was in a rush to get the car and the service was goof and very quick. one of the reasons i chose this dealership was the prices are cheap! would recommend.

Saw a Mercedes C Class Kompressor on Autotrader at Parkside Motors.
I telephoned to enquirie about the car as I live in Birmingham and didn't want a wasted journey. The young blonde lady Manager I spoke to was very friendly approachable and knowledgeable.
On arrival I was given the keys to take a look at my leisure and then offered a test drive. The car was ready to drive away. Due to recent weather the car wasn't spotless so the excellent no pressure friendly sales guy immediately asked the onsite valeting guys to rewash, dry and vacuum the car while we did paperwork. The salesman completed all online tax and private registration forms for me too. On checking over the car we noticed a headlight bulb was not working, as i would be driving home in the dark the Manager herself walked over to a high street car parts shop and purchased a bulb at no cost to myself and had it fitted and checked before I left. A wing mirror indicator lens was missing and the manager assured me this was on order and would be posted to me post sale, true to her word I was sent a new sparkling matching 'pair' post sale too! She also obtained a copy of the cars recent service invoice which was not in with the cars book pack and post it to me post sale also.
A great caring dealership with great after sales care from the Manager.

The dealers at Parkside Motors were really helpful. I purchased my Vauxhall Astra from here at the start of the year and I am really pleased with it, It's brilliant. I have had one issue with it at all since I've had it but the dealers have responded to this very well and tried their best with it. i would recommend this dealership.

I am having a lot of issues with my BMW from Parkside Motors. The engine needs replacing and the timing chain needs fixing. The dealer has said he will do the repairs but he can't give me a date to bring the car in.The value for money is good and they have a good range of cars but the aftercare could be better..

Good experience. I bought a car from here back in September. It was clean and in good condition when I received it. I am having one issue with it but nothing major. Overall, I am happy and I would recommend.
