My experience on the day was ok, looking for a Kona and their car fitted my spec that I was looking for. All arranged over the phone. I’m still waiting on the logbook but Ive chased that with the dealership and there was no MOT paperwork. Car was perfect on delivery, clean, fully charged.

The Kia Niro I bought from Cartime has been fine, although the aftersales was not so good due to us not getting the floor mats, which we are still trying to get sorted, but everything on the day was okay.

Its going really well with the Audio I bought. I checked the dealerships reviews from Google and Ive bought a few cars from them before, this will be my fourth car from Cartime. Staff were superb, polite, mega easy to talk to. Their laid back approach stands out to me. They don’t hassle you, let you nosey around and they answer any questions you have. Very impressed with them. I have already recommend them to a customer of mine.

I quite like the model of the BMW 1 series, and the test drive I took, sold it for me. Everything seemed to be organised on the day which allowed the process to go through smoothly whilst the car was spotless.

My new Volkswagen T-roc has been superb. I paid for a lifetime warranty when I bought the car and decided that I no longer needed it. Unfortunately, I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get the money back, which I was not happy about. Due to the car being superb, I'd give my overall experience a three star rating.
