I’d say it was a quite positive outcome with Cartime, it went quite well. I am still waiting for the manual book but on the day when it came to purchase the vehicle, I was happy.

The customer service I was very happy with everything went smoothly, anything I didn’t understand was explained to me, I chose Cartime because of the price and of course it was within the distance I could travel to me the purchase. It was the fact that they helped me sit in the car and get a good feel of it before I took it out for a test drive. And the hospitality with the sitting area with the small kitchen for tea and coffee was very nice 😊

It was good and easy with Cartime, I just drive past it everyday on my way to work so that’s why I chose it. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and just really friendly. The Nissan is fine I am bringing it in tomorrow because of rust on the wheel and Cartime will sort it out for me. It was easy enough for me to book it in. Five stars.

Everything’s been fine with the Hyundai, I’m enjoying it. No problems at all so far. CarTime was fine really, with no issues. The person I dealt with, I think it was Mitchell, was fine as well.

I’ve been getting on okay with the Mercedes. I did have a small issue with the tyre pressure sensors on the back wheels, but that’s been sorted, so it’s all fine now. My experience at Cartime was good overall. I dealt with Pete, and he was quite helpful, especially with arranging things like the finance. I’d say it’s a 5 out of 5 for me, just with one small mention. When I bought the car, I was told there would be a month’s warranty from the dealership and then a 12-month warranty with a separate company that I paid for. However, when I received the letter from the warranty company, it showed the warranty started from the day I bought the car rather than a month later. Aside from that, everything else was good.

I’ve been getting on with the MG fine, no issues at all. Everything was all good. I dealt with a few different people while I was there, but they were all good.

My experience whilst buying the Polestar was good, the whole process was quick and easy. The car has been good, and overall, I'd score it four out of five.

I'm really happy with my new Audi A1. The car has been really good, and I’ve been enjoying it a lot. I found the car on AutoTrader after specifically looking for an A1 for a while. What stood out was the price, as it was a really good deal compared to similar cars closer to where I live, so it was definitely worth the five-hour drive. The experience at the dealership was very efficient. The person I dealt with was helpful throughout, even though I can’t remember their name now. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars.

This is my first electric car. I've had 15 cars in my lifetime, and the Tesla is the best one I've had. I'm really pleased with it. My experience at Car Time was very good, I'm very happy with the service and the car.
