Good overall

Just popped in without an appointment to have a look. I had a rough idea what I wanted and they showed me what was in my budget. The staff were helpful & welcoming. I’m very happy with the service there and I've already recommend them and they have bought a car already.

Car is fine, no problems. I find it drives better than the F-pace. I'd been looking for six months and it was the exact model, price, interior I was after. Very pleased with it. I have already recommended them to family and friends. Joe was very helpful, nice bloke. It was all so smooth, easy and quick. Car was prepped and picked it up the next day. I was quite impressed.

All the staff are helpful and the sales guy dealt with us for our last car. They are helpful. All great. Quick process. We're satisfied with it all and would go back.

So far so good with the Ford Kuga. One of the main reasons I went for the Ford is that it doesn't have a wet belt. I also like the shape of them. So far so good with the Ford. Had no problems whatsoever, they looked after me at LMC.

l have even recommended LMC tp my family because everyone was supper supportive, Terry was the best he dropped my car to me.

The salesperson on the day was good, he was helpful. I would have liked fuller information of the features of the car in written form so they lost half a point. Maybe I expected more in the car but I saw what I wanted and went for it. They weren’t perfect but they were quite good.

This was the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer and the experience was fair, however in the future I may consider buying options elsewhere.

I rate it a 4, not a 5 because I had to do a couple of things myself, such as transferring my private number plate I found it quite complicated.

LMC had the car I wanted so I called them to test drive it. The car is running ok now. I had abit of trouble but they sorted it. The staff were very good. Jen was very helpful discussing the car, he found it had an oil leak but fixed It and did a service. He was courteous and very good talking to people. He didn’t try to waffle. I would use them again if needed.
