No complaints at all as far as my new Fiesta’s concerned — nothing’s gone wrong and I’ve had no faults to date. I actually made the whole purchase over the phone, but the staff at Midlands Autohaus were great to deal with. They were amiable and flexible, changing the delivery to suit us...and even drove the car up to the town hall where we were which was incredibly convenient.

My daughter's absolutely loving her first car and we've had no problems with it at all. The service from Midlands Autohaus was alright to be fair. The staff were fairly young but they all did pretty well. Always room for improvement though so I never give full marks for anyone.

The staff at Midlands Autohaus were all nice and friendly. and I liked the way I could take my time to look round the car. The only I'd seen before at a different dealership had some issues which were kind of hidden, so I wanted to take proper look before committing. I've got a bit of a clunking sound when I'm turning to get off my drive in a morning, but the car's completely perfect other than that.

Everything's perfect with my new 1 Series. Feel lucky to have it as my first car, but I guess that's the benefit of Army money haha! The guys at the dealership were absolutely perfect, aside from the slight mess up with my V5 which is why I've gone for a 4* rating. To be fair, they taxed it for me to make up for the inconvenience so I can't fault them really.

Great car, good service and helpful and friendly staff.

The Honda Civic I purchased back in August has been driving well, other than the brake pads being worn. I contacted the dealership about this, and they said it is just normal wear and tear, so they couldn’t help me. This is the only negative I would mention, and when I was at the dealership, everyone was lovely.

I had the car delivered to me and thought the whole process was good. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because there was a change in the delivery date, but if it wasn’t for that, it would have been 5. So I will give it a solid 4 stars.
