We’d driven past the dealership quite a few times and decided to come in and have a look. I’d actually had a Grandland as a courtesy car and really liked driving it, so when we saw one there. We wanted it straight away. We dealt with one person in particular who was good. I’ve already recommended them to my brother, who went down to have a look himself, and he said if he was to get a car, he’d probably go there.

Not had any problems, and I’m really happy with it. I was looking for a small SUV type car with low mileage, and I liked the interior, which is what made me go for it. They were all really helpful, and although we had a couple of issues, they helped us with that so everything was fine in the end. I’d use them again in the future.

No complaints. My brother works at the dealership. I was on the website when I saw the Jaguar XF, so I got him to arrange a viewing. I've been to the dealership a few times now, my wife bought a car from there, and everyone was sound.

I've been getting on really well since the original issues were resolved after purchase. I took it to a garage near me, and then the dealership went through the warranty to cover the costs, and my experience on the day was good.

The buying process of the Polo was nice and easy. The Polo has been great, I would probably use them again in the future if I were to get another car.

The guys were really helpful. Tyler dealt with us and he was very friendly. We had a look round the cars and saw the one I wanted. The grill had a small hole in it so they replaced it no problem. I picked it up a week later and have had no issues 😊
