Haydn was really great, hje was very helpful and made sure I was happy with my decision. I am still enjoying my vehicle, not had any issues with it at all. I couldn't give anything less than a 5 stars!

Customer service was great, it was a quick and efficient process. After having the car for a short time, the engine light and tyre pressure light came on. I filled up the tyres, and both lights went off and haven’t come back on since. This happened around two weeks ago, but I’m keeping an eye on it to make sure nothing else comes up. The team at Ponko have been really responsive and have assured me that if anything does come up, they’ll book me in and get it looked at straight away which I really appreciated.

Started off a bit rocky but had a different sales guy take over and helpful , wrong description of car written up which was disappointing :( didn’t get anything knocked off the car because of this

Everything with my MINI Roadster, has been good not it's been sorted, I'm happy with it. At the start there was a problem with the battery, which wasn’t any good. Chris, the guy in charge of the engineer, helped me the most and got it sorted. I’m giving 3 stars because I think the battery should have been checked before I got the car… and the extra half a star is for the good coffee.

It’s great, no issues, very happy with it. The team were brilliant and attentive, even though it was busy. There was a small issue with the AC, but they sorted it right away. 5 stars

Everything's fine with the car and the service was good during the sale

Following my purchase from Ponko I've not had a chance to drive much, but so far so good when I have had a chance. The service was top-notch as well during the sales process.

Visited Ponko for the first time and received 10 out of 10 customer service from the two salespeople I dealt with. They were fantastic and lovely to deal with, and everything's all good with the car.

Buying from Ponko was quick and simple, and so far the car is running fine.

All good so far – no issues at all. Haydn was the salesman that looked after me and he was perfect, I thought he was really lovely to deal with. He was happy for me to take the car out for a test drive, which was helpful. Great service all around.
