Birchwood Motor Centre you were great. Everything was fantastic throughout my entire experience with them. After searching around for a while, I was in need of a 2-litre diesel vehicle capable of pulling a caravant. On the day I saw their Ford Kuga, I just knew it was the perfect fit for me and my family. Luke, the salesman, was exceptional. He was very well organised, and I was thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail, efficiency, and how he carried himself in conversation. We arranged for the car to be delivered, and since owning it, it has performed exactly as I needed it to. We've already taken the caravan out and it pulled it with ease. Overall, it's a 5-star service from a brilliant dealership.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new Nissan Qashqai from Birchwood Motors. The service I received was exceptional, and it has solidified my decision to always return to this dealership for my future car needs. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly. As for the car itself, it's nothing short of sensational. The Nissan Qashqai has a  comfortable interior and impressive performance on the road. I recently purchased a Vauxhall Grandland from Birchwood Motor Centre, and I couldn't be happier with it. Everything about the car is perfect; it truly exceeds all my expectations. I initially visited the dealership on a whim, just to have a casual look around. I hadn't planned on buying a car that day, but the Grandland immediately caught my eye, and I knew I had to take it for a test drive. Dean, the staff member I dealt with, was incredibly helpful. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

I was in search of a Vauxhall Zafira Tourer for my daily commutes, but my experience at another dealership was overwhelmingly stressful. Thankfully, I decided to give Birchwood Motor Centre a try, and from the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. There was no pressure from the salesman as I took a look at the car. When I was ready to proceed, Tej was there to arrange a test drive for me. Once I was certain I had found the perfect fit, he walked me through the paperwork smoothly.

This February I bought my 4th car from Birchwood Motor Centre, and once again I am extremely pleased with the service and the car. I ended up choosing a Nissan Qashqai this time around out of there extensive selection of cars and its perfect, people usually say 5* service but there isn't a star rating number high enough. I live within walking distances of Birchwood Motor Centre, which meant when I was after a new car it was only fair I had a little look. When I first got there I was kindly greeted by Jamie, I explained to him I was only looking at this point in time, and he was great about thi - he said no worries, if you need anything ill be over here. Amazing! No pushy sales, which gave me time to browse. I ended up with a great Ford Kuga and I am really happy with the car. I did have a couple of issues with the car initially, as you would expect with a second hand car, but I cant fault Jamie and the team at Birchwood Motor Centre on how quickly they dealt with these issues, I was in and out in the same day.
