Everything went smoothly as planned, nothing bad to say. The sales staff were lovely, they helped me out and sorted the finance aswell. I had a test drive and they were checking I was happy with everything. I drove away in the car in less than 2 hours, really pleased. It was great and i've already spoken to friends about them.

I have been enjoying the Mercedes A class I bought from Cartime back in May, I did have some issues after the purchase that I had to send multiple emails about, which have been resolved now. Other than that, whilst I was at Cartime with Lee, it was okay.

I was looking online hatchback and the Seat Ibiza popped up on my AutoTrader. When I enquired about the car Cartime was very quick at responding. My experience at the dealership was good, everything was quick and easy, Haider was really good throughout the process. Theres one little bit of interior lighting that is not working but other than that I’m really loving my Seat Ibiza, especially the interior of it.

The Ibiza is all good, it's getting on very well. My mrs saw the car advertised online on auto trader and wanted it. Azhar was good during the sales process, he was very pleasant. The whole process was very quick, pretty much in n' out, the timing was great.

I was specifically looking for a Cupra online, and I saw the one advertised at Car Time. I went down and part exchanged my BMW 1 Series. Everything at the dealership was all good, and it was Asam who I dealt with. He was really good, and based on my experience, I would recommend Car Time to others.

The transaction was straight forward. Could do better on how they treat their customers. When we decided to buy there wasn’t a proper desk to sit down and sort the paperwork out. The car detailing was a bad job. They could check over the car before handing over. Communication was alright but not the best. We just wanted the car so bought it.
