It was my first time using Wanstead Carriage and they have some great cars. After looking at other places they made me feel confident as their rating seemed pretty high. The sale went smoothly, I feel they sincerely sold me an honest car. Staff were fantastic. They could have negotiated abit better on the sale price but they were very polite and offered me a coffee and use of their phone. I wasn’t rushed and they allowed me to take my time. Three days to collect with great service, I got looked after. It was an imported vehicle and they explained everything to me. The manager has welcomed me back to get a good deal next time so I will be returning.

No issue at all, the car is fine. My husband searched online and they have a good selection of Japanese cars. We had a bad experience with some of the staff but we spoke to manager and he sorted everything out. However, I would recommend them to others.

I can only echo what others here have said. Wanstead Carriages were an delight to buy our latest import from. A fantastic selection of vehicles that we were able to look around in and out of with absolutely zero pressure from start to finish. Any questions along the way were handled brilliantly. We were even able to drive the one we chose away the same day, despite a small mixup with the MOT that was quickly, easily and professionally resolved. We couldn't be happier.

I’ve no problems with the Golf I bought at Wanstead Carriage, it's in excellent condition. I’m quite pleased with it. I found it online then went to see them. I would recommend. The salesman was polite and quite emphatic about the different things we asked about.

From start to finish I found the experience with Wanstead Carriages to be excellent. Chiyago very kindly and patiently took me through all elements of the process as I was a first time buyer. The car was in excellent condition. I was never pressured while viewing the vehicle etc. I opted for extending the warranty for peace of mind. I highly recommend the team here and would come back again in future.

We were looking for a Toyota because I'm from Africa, and we know Toyotas are good cars. We also know that Japanese manufacturing standards are a lot higher than European. We're old now, so we don't worry about tech and gizmos and these fancy things. We buy a car for transport, so I don't wanna be buying a car every year. I wanna buy a car, keep it for ten, fifteen years, you know. The satnav is functioning however I’m not able to put in a destination into it, it’s just got the map, and the odometer is counting in km not miles. I understand it’s because the car is from another part of the world. The Camry gives us a comfortable ride, it’s got heating, it's got cooling, it’s got air con, it's got a radio and It's got a satnav. Giardo is a good salesman, he was fine and very welcoming.

Wanstead Carriages were really good, I was looking for a Toyota Vellfire and they had a couple that I liked the look off.
