Modern cars are very complicated machines and it is unavoidable, although we aim to prepare every car as best as we can, that some thing can go wrong. And nowadays these things can happen without any warning, you can not foresee it. If no faults are present at the time of the purchase then that is as well as we can prepare the car. We have no influence over what happens next. Given the chance we will endeavour to rectify any problem asap if it is brought to our attention, even if it means that we will end up out of pocket. In return all we request is that customers use a bit of common sense. They are buying a complicated piece of technology that is often more than ten years old.
