We recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson, it was mainly my wife's choice, as she liked the colour and model of the car. I'd say the buying experience was okay. There were a few issues along the way. At the start, the salesperson was helpful, but when I said I wanted to go away and think about it, I felt the salesperson was less welcoming after this. I was also told a £100 reservation fee would be taken, but £250 was charged without being explained, as I initially paid by credit card and then had to arrange another payment, which took about a week to sort out. Based on this and the fact we like and are enjoying the car, it would be 3 stars.

Marked the score down as I had an issue with payment which was stressful. And then obtaining tax for the vehicle was not easy. Then finally I had sent 2 emails after sales just to ask about the V5 and no one ever replied to me.

Mohammed was lovely and was very good to deal with, but unfortauntly there was some communication breakdown throughout the process which let the experience down, and then made other issues which may not had been an issue before if the communication between team members was a little better. Since having the car i have noticed it does scratch very easily which is very frustrating as there should have been a paint protection on the car. But mechanically the car is great and I love the drive. It is my first automatic and its amazing!

The Volkswagen is sound. I looked around and I found it had a good price for the miles and spec. When it came to the buying process however, I had to pay an extra 1500 quid without me knowing about it.

A decent priced car with good service history, I came from London to collect it. I researched CarTime and it had really good reviews on Google. Happy with the service by the customer service agent. The car has been great for the past two months I've had it.

Cartime has just been amazing I love the Kia, the only thing is something keeps falling off the tyre but it’s not affecting me too bad, but I will give them a call later in the week to ask. Other than that, it’s all been amazing Paul was great he was really informing. Just amazing really good. Five stars.

Jamie the salesman was quite new to the business when I bought my car but he was ok to deal with. Unfortauntly there was some issues with the paperwork which put at risk the manufactory warranty which was a worry for me, but they did end up getting this sorted for me.

The Cupra has been fine so far, there was a couple of issues when I turn it on it comes up with some error lights but then it disappears but it hasn’t been a problem so far. The customer service from Asam was very good he was really good. I was recommended by my friends and I seen the car from Cartime and went from there.

Overall it was a very good experience, and the salesman was helpful. We already had a good idea of the car that we wanted before we went to the dealership. It was all pretty smooth and easy enough. Since the purchase, the Skoda has been running well. I'd give my experience a 4.5 out of 5.
