The BMW Series 1 had the spec I wanted. When it came to receiving the documentation, I did feel like that process was a bit slow. Other than that, the salesman took me for a test drive so that was good.

Sales team on the day great. Been trying to get a copy of details of service plan/ warranty since as wasn't given anything on the day. Now left paying for a warranty/service plan that I have no idea about! Tried to contact several times to no avail.

Recently bought a Kia Sportage from Cartime, although I've sold it now for a Mercedes, but in regard to the buying experience at Cartime, it was good, and I would definitely recommend them to others and definitely give it five out of five.

I saw the car on Autotrader and just liked the car so went there. Smooth quick, simple process, really happy with it. Four stars as there was no petrol in the car and no drive away insurance available so had to sort that on the day but Shahzad was helpful on the day.

A while back I brought a car from Cartime and then I saw the A Class Mercedes with an automatic gearbox listed on Autotrader. It was a bit of an impulse buy. I don’t remember the name of the sales person I dealt with but they were fine

Getting on brilliant with the Suzuki from Cartime Bury, we did have a slight issue at the start, but they collected the car and had it fixed the next day and everything has been fine since, it had a full Suzuki service and everything, Shazad was okay to deal with a bit busy at times but we pulled through with the deal in the end. I’ve already recommended them!
