I dealt with Glen when buying my Mercedes from this dealership.... he was absolutely fantastic. He is such a great guy and communicated with me perfectly from beginning to end! He always answered my calls and emails and was happy to keep my fully up to speed with where he was up to. My car was absolutely spotless inside and out and ran as smooth as ever when I test drove it. Every question I had was answered, Glen was unbelievably helpful. Without a doubt I will definitely be recommending, they were absolutely fantastic!

Mount Vernon Motors have completed restored my faith in car dealerships, after previously having a bad experience with Arnold Clarke, it made me think twice about who I trusted with my money. However, as soon as I arrived at this dealership my mind was put at ease, they were friendly, welcoming, offered beverages, and made me feel right at home. I was showed around the car in my own time and didn't have that hard selling pitch that I previously got. I was allowed to take my own time deciding if it was the one for me and wasn't pressured one bit! And now I have got myself a cracking wee runner thanks to Mount Vernon, a definitely thumbs up from me. They were A+ and even beyond that, I cannot say anything but praise for the team and would definitely recommend them to others. I cannot imagine going anywhere else from now on!

This was one of the fastest and easiest purchases I've ever made. I was in and out within a day and took my newly bought Meriva with me! It was completely stress free and more like a day out rather than a car purchase. All of the salesmen were really friendly and chilled and put me at ease. I will definitely be using these again they were perfect!

Absolutely wonderful first impression of this establishment, such a great bunch of people and really pleasant to purchase from. The transaction was simple and straight forward and was very much hassle free. It didn't take long at all to complete and I was soon driving away in my new car. I have already recommended to a few colleagues of mine, they was a superb help from the get go.

Really good service provided by the team, the car I bought is currently in with them for an MOT and service as agreed when buying... I am sure it will pass with high flying colours I have no doubt! During the sale they said they would get this done for me but allowed me to take the car away as I needed it, so I booked it back in with them at a later more convenience date. I am really pleased that they stuck to their word and got this sorted for me. No complaints from me!

By far one of the nicest cars I have owned. It is in beautiful condition, and didn't cause too much of a crater in my bank either! My Q5 is a great car to drive, and is very spacious, which is perfect for my little family :) The whole crew were a great help, always available when needed and very approachable. They let me view the car in my own time, with no hard selling or any of that malarkey! I would definitely look at going to Mount Vernon again when I am after a mix up in a few years time!

Everything was going more than perfect with my Polo, until yesterday morning, when my husband decided to smack the window mirror in our gate post!!! I could've rattled the man!! But that's men for you...useless😂 Moving swiftly on, up until that point my Polo was immaculate! It drives beautifully, and even though it is an 09 plate, I must say, it is one of the most comfortable and easiest cars to drive that I have owned! The team were really helpful, really lovely people to work with. I cannot put a single flaw to their name! They do lovely second hands cars, and a very competitive prices as well, I don't think I have to say much more!

Everything is absolutely fine with the Ford Focus I recently bought from Mount Vernon. The lads were easy to deal with and were very good as sticking to their word. They got everything sorted for me like I asked and presented the car beautifully on the day of collection. I am more than happy with how everything went! Its a 10 from me 😁
