The Ford Mustang has been alright, with a few issues initially, but BVG has been helpful in getting those resolved for me. I think it was Shah that I dealt with, and he was very good and helpful.

Getting on good with the Hyundai i800 had no problems. The sales guy whose name I can't remember was brilliant, he ticked all the boxes. Overall a good experience. I have already recommended BVG to others.

What stood out to me at the dealership was how fast and efficient they were. Prior to buying the car, I was unsure what car to go for and then came across the BMW 320d. I have not had any problems with it so far.

We bought a Discovery Sport from BVG after seeing it advertised online, either on eBay or Auto Trader. We were specifically looking for a Discovery Sport, and everything with the car has been fine so far. Our experience at the dealership was lovely overall. The only delay was that the wheels needed sorting out, so we had to wait a bit longer than expected before collecting the car. Apart from that, everything was very good, and we were happy with how things were handled.

No complaints from me. Purchased an Audi RS3, it has been all good, and I'm enjoying it.

I've always wanted a BMW, so I recently bought a BMW 3 Series from BVG, and so far so good. The experience has a whole been very good, and based on that, I'd recommend BVG to others who are looking to buy a car.

I haven’t had any issues with it so far. The only thing I’m still trying to work out is the start-stop function, as I’m not sure if it’s activated properly, but apart from that everything’s been good with the car. My experience at the dealership was straightforward and easy. I already knew which car I was coming to look at, so there was no time wasted and everything was handled efficiently. The team got straight to the point, let me take the car for a test drive, and the whole service was well managed.

BVG really helped me out with my trade-in, which was a bit of a difficult situation because it was an older car. They accommodated that well and sorted everything out properly. I like things to be dealt with quickly and properly, and that’s exactly what they did. The Mercedes I bought has been absolutely spot on so far. I haven’t done massive miles in it yet because I was away for a week, but everything seems fine.

The Audi A4 has been spot on. The only issue I’ve had is a suspected suspension problem, with a knocking noise at around 70mph and some creaking over bumps, so it’s currently in the garage and will likely be sorted through the warranty. The experience buying the Audi A4 was spot on as well, just a bit of a wait for them to prepare the car.

Everything was quick, and we were in and out within a couple of hours. I dealt with Shah, who was very friendly and helpful. We had travelled quite a long way, and he understood that we wanted to get back early, so he helped get everything sorted quickly for us.
