Definitely not having any problems with the Nissan Juke, I love it. They didn’t sell me the unrepaired car which I was very glad about. Asan was very good, very confident, answered all my questions, and its all running smoothly.

I originally reviewed cartime Nelson on the day I bought the car, but a few days later and I have came back to update. Everything seemed smooth with the purchasing of the car, but a few days later I contacted the DVLA to check on the status of my logbook, as I wanted to get my personalised plates on my car as soon as possible. To my surprise, they informed me that the ownership was not transferred over to me, meaning the logbook had not been ordered when I purchased the car. I contacted the branch, spoke with Asam and now the DVLA website says the new V5C has been processed and issued as of today, 5 days after purchase. Meaning it will be delayed but will arrive at my address hopefully soon. I understand mistake can happen, especially when you are a busy dealership, but having the car in your name is a basic part of the process. Quite disappointed by this, but thankfully it seems to have now been resolved after chasing it up. Glad I checked this with the DVLA a few days ago or I would’ve been without the V5C. I got a great deal on the car through finanace and I love it, but feel let down by the processing of documents. I've had the Seat for a while now and its be absolutely fine, everything has been great and I'm actually really enjoying it - It's a nice motor! I'd had a Tiguan but an older version before and obviously it's the same chassis which was a good transition. I started a new job which I'm commuting to so needed something comfortable to get me there and this has been perfect, not to forget I like the style too! Asam the salesman was great when we bought the car he answered all the questions and looked after us well. Id always go one lower than the best as I always say there is room for improvement so it would be a four from me. I'm on the look out for a car for Mrs Evans and we have been keeping our eye out at Cartime but as soon as something comes about I will be buying from them,

The Picanto is doing alright, I just passed my driving test, so this is a nice first car. I was looking for this type of car and Cartime had a good deal on it, low mileage and a full-service history so it was a no brainer. I dealt with Asam, he was brilliant and really friendly!

Car is running fine. I decided to upgrade my Volvo to the newer Qashqai, Cartime had the right car in the spec for me, it was a really simple transaction. I even managed to view the car and take it away the same day, so it has to be a 5

We recently bought an MG from Cartime this month. The car has been great since the purchase, I dealt with a gentleman called Asam on the day he answered all my questions, and the whole process went well. I would consider using them again in the future when I need a new vehicle.

Other than the engine light coming on a few time's which I think was due to my petrol tap, all else with the car was really good, so I'm happy with my choice. I found the process with Mohammed good and well looked after.

I've had my MG for a little while now and its good to be honest, really like it. We had a duster beforehand, so its a bit more roomy and all that so quite good. When we bought the car it only took an hour all in which was good. I have no complaints and would rate it a five stars!!

I'd say five as there was nothing wrong with the car. I never had to call them back so nothing to complain about.
