Brilliant service from Noel while I bought my Santa Fe from him at Cartime, Would recommend!

For the most part, everything went well when I bought my Lexus from Cartime. There was an issue with the V5, which hadn’t been sent off. This worried me as we were taking the car abroad and wouldn’t have been able to do so without the V5. I ended up sorting this out with the DVLA, but I feel the communication between the sales staff and the administration team could have been better, which would have avoided this problem for me. The car itself is very good, it has ticked all the boxes we were looking for, and I’m pleased overall.

The BMW I bought from Cartime is great and I'm really enjoying it! I must say Hamza was so easy to deal with, he answered all my questions and you can tell he had a lot of knowledge about the car, the one thing I would say is I feel could of been improved is the explanation of the service plan and how to use it. but that said I am very happy.

Bought a Cupra Formentor from these guys, Hassan the salesman was sound! Got the car ready quickly and it was cleaned to good standard. The cars been going well, my Mrs keeps on stealing so she's enjoying it allot - Honestly no complaints about the car or the people down there.

My Peugeot from Cartime has been running well. I am just waiting for a new charging cable from the guys, which I’m sure will arrive any day. The service that Hassan provided was excellent and based on this, I would buy from them again (for the right car, of course!)

When buying my Toyota from Cartime, I found that there are a few things that need to be ironed out in the process, such as the administration of sorting the V5s, clarification on sale prices, and ensuring call-backs are fulfilled. That said, overall I am really happy with my new car and the experience as a whole.

I found this dealership on Autotrader, and its been a good experience buying from them. Hassan the salesman was very good and the BMW I bought is a 5 star car! I would go back to Cartime again. No ones perfect so its a strong 4 star rating from me.

After losing my previous car in an accident, I needed a quick replacement — especially as I work for myself! I decided on a Volvo XC60 from Cartime in Bury and Mo was great throughout the sale. The car’s been brilliant and I’ve travelled the length and breadth of the country since picking it up. The only downsides were a bit of waiting around as they were really busy, and the car wasn’t charged when I collected it. It also would’ve been nice to have a battery health check provided. That said, overall the service was very good and I’m happy with my purchase.

Hassan at Cartime's Bury branch was absolutely fantastic service-wise. The car's been sound and I've had no problems since I bought it back in June. Marked down a point as it could've been valeted to a higher standard, but I'm pretty happy overall.
