Gareth dealt with us and he was really lovely and friendly. The only thing we felt communication could have been slightly better as we asked for a few repairs to be done, when we went to collect the car these hadn't been done which delayed things by a few days but we appreciate they were really busy. Other than that everything with the Audi A3 is fine.

Everything is ok with the Suzuki. When I initially brought the SX4 it had a blow in the exhaust, I called up to Cartime and got it booked in for the week after, the whole process was easy. Paul was great, he was relaxed and I felt there was no pressure. I felt like I was buying a car rather than him selling me a car. I was out looking at a different car at a different dealership at the time and got really annoyed with them as they advertised on the website weren’t reflected at the dealership, then I found the Suzuki in Cartime Rochdale and ended up buying it.

I found the car online so went to view and test drive it. What stood out to me was the customer service. Andrew was a fantastic guy and really ready to help and talk about the car.

They were great! Ollie handled everything and was absolutely brilliant. They just had the right car for me and so far it's been great.

The Formentor is not doing too bad to be honest, I’ve had to take it to Cupra only once so far. I was looking for a new car and saw Cartime had quite a few to choose from and they were local to me. The only thing I can think of to make the overall rating 5 out of 5 would be probably pricing. I dealt with Paul on the day and he made the whole experience straight forward.

My overall experience with Cartime was good and Oliver who I dealt with was a great guy. I would recommend Cartime to others in the future as I am happy with the Toyota I purchased from there.

I don't remember the name of the salesperson I dealt with but he was nice, polite and helpful. Overall I don't think my experience could have been any better, I can't fault it! I am very happy with the BMW 4 Series, it's a fantastic car.

It was that time of the year where I wanted a new car so I brought the BMW I4 from Cartime. I liked Gareth, he was great and made the whole process really simple. He didn't try and sell me anything that I didn't want. No problems!

Five star experience

Our experience was pretty good. We initially went to view a different car didn’t end up getting it, the wife liked the look of the Peugeot e-2008 and the price was good on it. We ended up getting the 2 two-year extended warranty and only after I realized we were paying for 3 years for it. Paul was fine, we had no problems with him.
