Harry was friendly, professional and helpful, he was very knowledgeable about the car and he was able to answer all my questions patiently and honestly. He was not pushy at all and he gave me enough time and space to make my decision. He also arranged everything for me from the test drive to the paperwork which was done quickly and efficiently. Someone named Chris even followed up with me after the sale to make sure I was happy with the car and to offer me any assistance if needed. Really happy with my new Mercedes, the car is great, the service started rocky but soon as I started dealing with Paul, everything got so much better.

Phoebe has been the highlight for me, she has been on the ball and kept me up to date with everything, I love the car, I had had a slightly concerning noise coming from the car although, Phoebe and Haydon have both reassured me this will be sorted under the warranty. My only criticism would be the hand over wasn't ready orientated around the car and I had been onsite for a good couple hours before I saw the car in the flesh. This was new to me but overall, it's been a very positive service.

I have always loved BMW's and never actually owned my own, I have driven my sisters a lot and decided once I was fed up with my Mercedes GL40 I would treat myself to a BM. I went with an X2 because it's medium sized but rather sporty, it's mainly being used for the school run but I am really enjoying driving it. Jack was a gent, really professional and looked after us really well. Credit to the company and a great company it is.

I have always wanted a BMW, the Seat Ibiza I had before was really nice but there is something about BMW's which just have always appealed to me. I went with the 1 Series because it looked really sleek, I like all the detailing and the fact it is automatic. I have only ever had manuals before, so it did take a little bit of getting used to however, I am really comfortable driving it now and it makes all the difference in traffic. James was really good and looked after me right the way through,

I love Audi's I have had the A3 and A7, S5 and Q5.. My favourite was without a doubt the S5 because it was convertible. I went with the A5 for something a little different and I absolutely love it. Prestige Cars Kent have been great to deal with.

The car is great and I am really enjoying driving it so far. The experience dealing with Prestige Cars Kent has been mostly really really positive. I had dealt with James for the sale and Phoebe has looked after me ever since, There has been a little bit of miscommunication along the way but everyone has gone above and beyond to ensure I am happy it's been a pleasurable experience.
