I had my first car for 2 years, so I was ready for an upgrade. I was selling my car privately, and it fell through on the day. Cartime Part exchanged my car for me on short notice and gave me a good price, which I thought stood out. The only thing stopping me from giving it full marks is that we had to wait 40 mins when we went down to test drive the car.

This is our first electric car, an Audi E-Tron. We have found the transition okay and have been enjoying it. In regard to our presale experience, it was all good, Bradley was helpful for the most part. Unfortunately, once the sale was done and we needed some damage on the bonnet fixed, I did have to start chasing, and also, with being given a Ford charger instead of an Audi one, I felt the aftersales could have been better, so based on the aftersales and the good experience whilst buying the car, I'd rate it 3 stars.

I'm really happy with the car, the only thing I not sure on the service booklet, I don't have one but MGs might do it electronically. I had a Ford Fiesta which was quite low and found it difficult to get into it, I've had my eyes on those MGs for a while, they're a lot of car for the money. I saw one down at Nelson online which seemed like really good value to be honest, so I went down and negotiated a deal with them. I've heard a couple of people that have bought cars from Cartime who any don’t have complains. It was all extremely simple, very quick and I've got no complaints whatsoever!
