In love with my new 5 Series and really am made up with the service offered by Joshua and the Prestige Cars Kent team.

The service was absolutely flawless for the most part, The sales at the beginning was really informative, the team were helpful and I felt like I had a lot of attention paid to me and my needs. I went for a Lexus ES, I have had Lexus's before and see them as very reliable cars which offer luxury and comfort. The car has been great and I haven't had a single issue to date. My only qualm was when we came to do the paper work and everything was agree'd, the price I was offered for my part ex price was lowered and this left a bit of a sour taste in my mount. I would defiantly be back to buy again however, I would probably sell my cars privately instead.

We have finally took a leap into the world of EV vehicles with our first plug-in-hybrid. The car has been great, fuel economy has gone through the rood and we really like the shape, style and performance.. All in all, its the perfect car for us. We had some issues early on with the charge however, this was an issue with the wiring in our garage and also we haven't got any service history or warranty documents. I am working with Richard to try and get this sorted as we speak. Richard has been very good before and during the sale, I am confident he will help us with these issues as well.

I find with a lot of cars, you ether get luxury or performance and never a nice combination of the two. I chose the Mercedes E Class as I feel this is the only car in its class which offers the perfect balance of both. The car is perfect so far, no issues at all which I have noticed. I have done about 1000 miles so far so plenty of time for any teething problems to come through. Joshua was excellent, really nice lad from the get go and over all its been a really positive experience.

I am very impressed with my New Jaguar I-Pace. It's a nifty old motors and really does shift. I am still working my way through the controls, trying to figure out how everything works but I am really enjoying the process. Harry was really nice and helpful during the sale. I did however, have some issues with trying to sort the ID Knowledge thing you have to do to get the car. The service has been top notch apart from the frustrations at the end.

I bought my X5 from Prestige Cars Kent although it was all done over the phone and through texts. Considering I never met Richard who I was dealing with, his customer service was decent and it didn't feel too impersonal. The car has been great, i think their is a sensor issue as it keeps flashing up intermittently saying the drive chain needs checking. I have had lots of BMW's before and I know the sensors are temperamental at best. Really happy over all.

Made up with my new 3 Series, It's been a long time since I have drove BWM and I love the versatility of the 3 Series, it has instant power and talk when required but can seamlessly switch between performance and eco mode. The comfort is unmatched for anything in it's class and over all I am very happy with the car. Paul was top, really professional and made me feel very welcomed, their was no pressure when looking at the cars and the atmosphere was relaxed. I did however, found the process for part ex'ing my car was quite long and drawn out. If this could be streamline when I come back for my next motor, will be 5 Stars all round.

Thanks to James Kay for helping us to pick the perfect car. He made me and my family feel welcome and had a huge amount of knowledge about the cars. Thanks to Joshua Somwaru for doing all of the paper work and making the tough bits simple. Both genuinely nice guys!!! I would definitely go back to PCK in the future. Love the new car!!! Mike

My husband and I both decided we wanted an upgrade from our old VW, something a little more premium and luxury, we also wanted an estate car which would have more space for our kids and the dog. We saw the BMW 3 Series and it ticked every box we needed. We have been in discussions with Paul and Josh mainly, both have been amazing! Really glad to have dealt with these too and they are certainly a credit to Prestige Cars Kent. We have a had a couple minor issues with the car, warranty is getting these sorted hassle for us.
