William was particularly good at LMC. The Tesla Model 3 had a 98% independent battery certificate, so it was a no brainer. We managed to get a reasonably good deal and just the flexibility of the payment process is what encouraged me to buy from William. All in all, it’s been a fantastic service.

The motors good. We liked the look of the Kia Sportage and looked on Autotrader. The dealership was the only place that had decent cars in stock and close to us otherwise it meant driving up north which we didn’t want to do. It was a nice place to go to with a nice waiting room, tea and coffee. People speak to you nicely, politely. The sales guy dealing with us was rushing it a little bit, dealing with us and other customers at same time which we didn’t really like as it kept us there longer than needed to be but other than that, it was alright. I would recommend them.

All good with the car but there is some paint peeling on the bumper which I need to speak to the dealership about. I’ve tried to call them but so far they never return my calls. I heard about London Motor Company through a friends recommendation and I would recommend.

I’ve had my eye on the Vauxhall Mokka for a while, and it was the car I wanted. I've been enjoying it. I did have a small issue with the radio, which I raised after buying the car. I was advised to get it sorted and claim it back through the warranty, and it’s due to go in to be looked at soon. I dealt with Paul, who was really good and very helpful throughout the process.
