I'm doing well with the Fiat Panda I purchased from North West Trade Centre. I did have a few issues, the car went to the garage and was told it would be a few days, but it ended up being a few weeks. If I had known it was going to be there, I would have altered the insurance, which would have saved me some money. I also rang a few times about a warning light, even though there was nothing wrong with it, I would have liked to be informed. In regard to the salesman on the day, he explained everything and was kind, so that was a positive.

Good experience, the young man who I dealt with was very helpful and found the spare key for the car which had been lost. I can't remember his name now. It was quick and easy buying the car, the young man sorted out the tax and gave me all the service history. He was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions about the mileage and condition of the car. The car is in great condition and I am enjoying having more space for my family and our 2 dogs!

Excellent service, Austin was the one who dealt with me and was brilliant from start to finish, updating me on the car with fantastic customer service. when I visited the trade centre to view the car I was made to feel extremely welcome, offered a hot drink on a very cold day, and the process of buying the car was explained very well as it was my first car.

Previously I had a Toyota, and it was reliable, so I decided to stick with the Toyota. I went through a finance company who found the car for me, I didn’t go to the dealership directly. It was all done through them, and then the car was delivered to me, and it was exactly as described. The whole process worked well for me.

I test drove the Peugeot 2008 whilst at the northwest trade centre. I specifically wanted something without a wet belt system and without an EcoBoost engine, and I’d had advice to go for something like this. Buying it was great, as they were really easy to deal with.

The guy who dealt with me, Wayne, was great and really nice to deal with. Found the fiesta online, it has been good so far.

I got a Peugeot 308, and it’s alright so far, no major issues. I just visited the dealership, saw the car and decided to buy it, nothing in particular made me choose it. The experience at the dealership was nice when I first dealt with them. They said if I had any problems, I could let them know. I did have a question about the warranty, as I was told it was six months and could be extended, but when I went back to ask about extending it, I didn’t get a proper response, and the approach felt a bit different compared to when I first bought the car. Although I'd still give it five stars.

Found North West Trade Centre whilst searching for cars on Google. I bought a Nissan Juke, it's been spot on, and so was my experience whilst buying it. All good.

We’d driven past the dealership quite a few times and decided to come in and have a look. I’d actually had a Grandland as a courtesy car and really liked driving it, so when we saw one there. We wanted it straight away. We dealt with one person in particular who was good. I’ve already recommended them to my brother, who went down to have a look himself, and he said if he was to get a car, he’d probably go there.

Not had any problems, and I’m really happy with it. I was looking for a small SUV type car with low mileage, and I liked the interior, which is what made me go for it. They were all really helpful, and although we had a couple of issues, they helped us with that so everything was fine in the end. I’d use them again in the future.
