I made my first ever online car purchase with Warwick Hall Cars and I have to say I think I am a changed man! From the customers point of view it was such an easy and convenient process. The car was quite literally delivered to my door. All arrangements for this were easily made and the car arrived when I was told it would. Communications were all positive and responses were timely. The car is absolutely beautiful inside and out.

I am not very local to Warwick Hall Cars so when I did unfortunately find an issue with my car I was a little bit worried I would be left up a creak without a paddle. But this was not the case! They could not have been more accommodating, I was able to take the car somewhere local and Warwick covered it. I can't thank them enough, they were so easy to talk to when it happened too! The service at the point of sale was also great, friendly and helpful throughout. I would recommend them without a doubt!

My Audi Q3 is great, just what I was hoping for! It is a good size and a nice car to drive. I have found it to be exactly in the condition as it was advertised, no hidden surprises here! I was also very pleased with the customer service here, the team are professional and polite. They answered all my questions and got the sale complete efficiently.

What a fantastic car buying experience I had with Warwick Hall Cars! The team are so pleasant to deal with. They really took the time to listen to me and were never pushy. I don't think there is a single thing more I could want from them. The Zafira I bought is doing great, I have had no need to get in touch with them after the sale but I have no doubt that if I had needed to I would have been well looked after.

It is a real pleasure to drive the car. It's an automatic, and it drives very differently from any other automatic I've driven, in terms of the gear changes. But it's easy to get used to. We owned a C4 grand Picasso up until April, which we also loved (so we're quite used to the idiosyncratic Citroen style!!!) But this newer one is a real step up in comfort and gadgets. We love it. I have to say, our customer experience has been outstanding. We've dealt with Charles and Phil. We had our children with us and they let us go out for a test drive without a chaperone. There were some extra wires, as there was a dash cam on board, probably installed by a previous owner. The wires were tidied away and the car valeted again in between us test driving and collecting it. Which was the next day Since then, we've noticed a whistling with the air conditioning on, so I phoned up and said what I thought it was (needing a re-gas). Phil agreed and said if I arranged to get it done, he would arrange to refund the cost. Our experience buying this car has been really excellent. And the other thing that was outstanding was that they sat down with us when we picked up the car and surged out road tax and the DVLA V5 forms. So thorough in terms of helping us get through the process. What a difference from any other car purchase we've made (in my case in more than 25 years...!!)

I recently purchased a Seat from Warwick Hall cars and on the whole I am happy with the car, there have been no major catastrophes since the purchase. The gentleman who I was dealing with was helpful and friendly enough. The actual procedure of buying the care was straightforward so no complaints really.

So far so good with my Mazda, I have only done short distances in it yet but it is pootling along quite nicely for me 😊 The customer service I got at Warwick Hall Cars was top notch, everyone was very polite. I felt very comfortable in all the time I spent at the dealership.
