The Ford Kuga is all good. I dealt with Tristan and Connor mostly at the dealership, everyone at LMC was really quite friendly. The whole experience was quite smooth to be honest.

The experience at the dealership was alright. The salesman was quite young, and I felt the communication could have been better in places. I was told it didn’t come with a parcel shelf, which was a small issue. Aside from that, everything else has been okay. The Toyota Aygo is a nice car, and it's been good.

The experience buying the car was fine, I was promised that I would have the car on the Monday but had to wait a further week, which was incontinent. Since purchasing all of the tyres are going to have to be replaced as they have deflated which isn't ideal. Looking at the experience as a whole I would have to rate it three stars due to the issues, but the salesman was friendly and I liked the test drive as they let me husband sit in the front with me which was nice and the finance did go through quite quickly. Taking everything into consideration I think I would buy from them again.

So far so good with the Kia Stonic, the process of buying it was really smooth, with no issues at all. I dealt with Mohammad, he was good throughout, he was very thorough. The only issue I had was an error with some documentation, which is why I would score it 4 stars.

The BMW 3 series has been great so far, and I’ve been enjoying it since picking it up. It’s a lovely car. I actually came across LMC through an online search. I wasn’t specifically looking for a 3 Series, but when I went to view it, the car itself stood out, especially the colour, and that’s what made me go for it. The person I dealt with at the dealership was brilliant. Would definitely recommend LMC to others

We have bought a few different cars from LMC. My son bought a Citroën C4, he is taking it back up to them for an issue, nothing major. They are helping him get that resolved. We always recommend them to others. It's always a very good experience.

My experience was okay, Sarina was very good at handling the issues. But I did feel like the young fella who we dealt with first lacked abit of communication skills, but he did offer me some water and coffee. When I was having issue with the car I went to the garage, and they did not know that I was booked in and ever since that I have never taken it back. LMC did give me a good price for my old car. Maybe it was just an off day 😊 I would go back there again as my son is thinking about getting his car from LMC.

I went for the Mercedes GLC, as I work for Mercedes, which was why I went for it. The customer service was alright, and the experience was not too bad. I'd give it three stars, as I'd say it was quite average.

All has been okay with the Audi A1 I bought from LMC, other than the brakes potentially having to be changed soon, although I am going through the warranty to get that done. On the day of the experience it was perfect.

Dealing with Mo was perfect, good as gold. There were a few bits that needed doing on the car, he sorted it straight away, so no issues there, after looking around for that particular type of car and comparing it with others. It came up during my search and seemed quite favourable compared to other cars, so I went ahead with it.
