The cars at Automatic Motors were clean and came with AA inspection which gave a lot of confidence with the experience. In addition, Customer service was accommodating and friendly.

I think the value of the car we paid for was pretty good. However, we then started having problems regarding no heating and coolant issue. We communicated these issues via WhatsApp which was quite frustrating as it involved a lot of chasing on our side. I think when we got to the point where we wanted x y and z done, they were good at sorting the issues. We also had an AA check with a full report which was quite reassuring.

I brought the Mazda 6 from Automatic motors as I found them to be a reputable place. They got all tires installed and any other work done on the motor without any rush. The screen was cracked however they will get that fixed all within the price. It was impressive how everything got quickly sorted out as the car was all ready to go on the day I purchased the Mazda. Clear communication throughout!

I was searching online and Automatic motors came up on the search engine that had the Kia Sportage which was ideally local to me. On the whole, everything was dealt quite quickly and swiftly so no complaints.

The experience of buying the Kia Optima was okay, I paid full price for the car as I don’t like haggling, although then I got charged a £200 admin fee, which I wasn’t happy about. Since having the car, I've had a few issues which I am currently going through the warranty for. Because of this and the fact the buying experience was okay, I would give it Four stars overall for on the day

Recently purchased a Tesla overall it’s alright. They did the repair eventually. The main issue for me was the communication around the repair. I was told someone would contact me when it was ready or when the parts had arrived, but nobody called me back. The car has all been repaired now and is okay.

I found the Kia through car gurus and had good reviews so that made it for me. I just wanted to know the service history regarding the car, and they got back to me with positive comments. It was very communicative.

Just a little run around car for us. The car got MOT’D on the day which was good as now we got a full year MOT on the car without having to worry about expiry. Overall, it was good.
