I was specifically looking for a Volvo, and the one I purchased has been behaving itself. Can't remember the salesman's name, although he was very good and answered all of my questions. There has been a minor issue with the Volvo Call system, which turned out to appear to be a battery for the system. I was advised to take it to a Volvo dealer to have it looked at, and Blackstone Motors said they would pay for the repair. which I appreciated

I've been getting on alright with the Mercedes. I did find that it had a broken rear spring which I had to replace, as it was not covered under the warranty, although other than that it has been okay. The service whilst I was at Blackstone Motors was excellent.

Whilst I was at Blackstone Motors purchasing the Volvo XC90, the staff that I dealt with were helpful and efficient. would give it full marks, as there was nothing with the purchasing of the car.

The team at Blackstone Motors were lovely, really approachable, and a really nice team to deal with. I'd probably use them again in the future if I were looking for another car. My new BMW M3 has been lovely to drive, I'm pleased with the car.

Everything at Blackstone Motors was smooth sailing. The whole experience, from speaking online to turning up, getting everything sorted and having the car cleaned and inspected. The Smart car has been perfectly fine. I was specifically looking for a Smart car and found it on Auto Trader. I can't point to anything specific that needed improving, but I just think there's always room for growth. Overall, I was really happy.

The customer service was also really good. I'd recommend them to others based on my experience. I did have to get the back callipers changed. I'd give my experience a four-star rating, and if it weren't for that issue, it would have been five.

I've had no problems at all with the Porsche, and the whole transaction went really well. The sales team were very good. They came across as very honest and open, and there was no hard sell or pressure to buy anything extra. I couldn't fault it.

My experience with Blackstone Motors was great. Whenever we needed anything, they did a great job and we felt very happy with everything. The only thing I felt could be improved was the communication, as it was sometimes a bit slow when trying to get in touch. Apart from that, I had a very good experience and I'd happily recommend Blackstone Motors to others.
