I went to Concept Car Credit due to the relationship between the finance company and the dealer, interest rates and cars available. They made it pretty easy to get it sorted. All arranged over the phone, spoke to Omar who sent images via messenger and then had a test drive. The service from Omar was phenomenal, he made it so easy and he took care of everything. Nothing felt too big for him, he listened to me and answer all my questions. I'd highly recommend Concept Car Credit.

Loving the car ! it’s a beautiful car in good condition, I’m very happy with it. I did an online search for a car, then contacted them at Manchester and Sett talked me through the process. It was a hassle free, stress free process and I found them very welcoming. I more or less just went to test drive the car and we did the deal, drove it away with an hour. They offered to sort me out again when I want to upgrade or get something newer. I don’t worry anymore about my car breaking down because I have a decent reliable car now, its like a weights been lifted off my mind.

Everything is cool with the car, no problems, I’m quite happy. I was applying for finance with different companies and Concept Car Credit called me back and got me accepted, I was very very happy. Communication was perfectly done. I was shown videos of cars and had calls as I didn’t have time to go down due to distance. Jamie was helping me on the phone with the paperwork and the staff were so nice. They sorted out delivery to outside my door and the car was delivered perfect by Chris. Only thing was he didn’t go through much to do with the car but it wasn’t a problem. I’m so grateful to have been accepted. I've already recommended my friend who’s bought from them.

It was easy getting finance and this was my 1st time. They accepted me straight away and showed me the car. I came to look at it and the staff were lovely, Omar was always here to help me, replying to me straight away. It felt amazing to drive away with my first car, I would recommend.

I found it very easy to apply online and they contacted me back on whats app and went through the whole process. They were constantly getting touch letting me know about other cars that came in and when they has the car I was after I then went down to see it. I collected the car and it was excellent, nothing up with it at all. Concept Car Credit went out and out to try and make sure you could get something that was affordable

Everything is fine with the car. Me and the misses were looking for car finance to get approved and we contacted Concept Car Credit. Their communication was perfect 100%. They managed to get me a car within the next following day. We went to see it and drove it away the same day. I've never had finance before but I will use them again as we will be needed a 7 seater for my partner.

Getting approved was the highlight for me. I physically didn’t see the car until it arrived by delivery, I just saw a couple of pictures so the things I had to repair weren’t picked up but they did refund me. I would prefer more access to the website to see what’s available. They approved the finance quite quickly, the paperwork was sent to me so I had to read through it and there are a few things I need sorting but the dealership refunded me for the repairs however the Media system is intermittent with a glitch but generally the car is ok. In future, I will go and see the car in person.

So far so good but I have recently needed to re-gas the air con. I originally did an online application then they reached out to me. I was lucky with the whole thing. They showed me five options of cars in my price range and im happy with the one I chose, it’s a family car. I wasn’t expecting to get the car the same day. It was very smooth, easy stress free. Very good feeling to have it all done so quick. The salesman handled my matters very well and got me a phone charge when I needed one and a cup of coffee. I can't remember his name but he was good, did a fantastic job went far and above to be fair.
