Been using the car everyday since I have purchased, really pleased with it, all running fine. The customer service at the dealership was okay apart from I was waiting for someone to get back too me a few times. I did feel I had to chase up myself which was a little frustrating, however everything was okay, and anything that needed sorted was done.

Nice poeple but....... Collected car 9 miles left of fuel. Last service by the garage still haven't recived after asking 3 times. Raining on the day of collection when I got home noticed 2 new budget tyres on back of different makes which they said they had put 2 new tyres on the back but for a high performance car this is crazy as slips in the wet as I found out. Mot wasnt completed on request. I now have to find time to take before Christmas, which they will pay for, but as working 5.5 days a week, I find it hard to find time. Apart from that ok.

First time using Junction 17, great dealership, it was an easy purchase and everything is going well with the transit I purchased. There was some great car options at the dealership including a beautiful Porsche I wish someone would buy for me haha!I would definitely use them again, no problems at all.

I recently purchased a Toyota GT86, so far so good with the car I have only used it here and there but had no problems it seems to be running well. I've got to say the first visit I was a little disappointed, made an appointment to go, it was 3 hours before getting to the dealership a 90 mile journey. When I arrived there the car battery was completely flat so I couldn't test drive. No one had bothered to check it was working, it was disappointing. I also think that the preparation fee needs to be made clear from the start or even added into the price of the car would be better. But having said that afterwards everything went well, they transferred to another branch so it was closer for me. there was a few things that needed sorting that was all complete. Ultimately I am happy with the vehicle and how everything ended.

Brilliant car and Brilliant service, The car is perfect for me, only downside was there was some mistake with the road tax, but I have managed to sort that out myself.

The Grantham branch team are lovely people. I had some delays with the finance side of things and they kept on chasing the finance company whilst keeping me up to date constantly which was really appreciated - Honestly they were great! I have been driving my new Mini for a little while now and its lovely, I'm really enjoying it even more in the sports mode. I recently drove to Newark and it was such a smooth drive. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from these guys again!
